New York, March 2008: Just Food presents its annual Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) in NYC Conference on Saturday, March 29, at Teacher’s College of Columbia University. Topics will include agricultural policy issues, farmland preservation, running a CSA, CSA best practices, preserving your CSA bounty and much more. Conference highlights include a discussion with Elizabeth Henderson of Peacework Organic Farm, pioneering CSA farmer, and author of Sharing the Harvest: A Guide to Community Supported Agriculture; a panel discussion and Q & A with New York City regional CSA farmers; and a CSA Expo and Reception, where Elizabeth Henderson will be signing copies of the most recent edition of Sharing the Harvest: A Guide to Community Supported Agriculture.   [more details after the jump]
