Efficiently: Link drop
Jul 12th, 2008 by Jervey
Too much piling up on the backlog. Time to digest it all. Highlights from an undercovered couple of days.
- Hundreds (or even thousands!) of bikes to be a part of broad new bike share program.
- Brooklyn Heights named America’s most fuel efficient neighborhood. (Though we really can’t figure out how they came up with those numbers.)
- Another long term plan to meet the PlaNYC emissions targets. Step right up, energy efficiency and conservation.
- The Observer’s Steve Cohen thinks about recycling in public places.
- New Yorkers testify to the city about toxic mold.
- Green Brooklyn on the State stepping in and telling the City to deal with our whole shit in the water problem.
- Finally, the Post calls our city parks the realm of “hos, junkies, and pushers.” For real.
